The Honest Version

All products sold through this store are digital goods. When you buy something, you get immediate download access. There's no physical shipment, no waiting period, no "processing." You pay, you download, you're done.

Because of that, all sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned, and refunds are not available once the product has been delivered.

This isn't a gotcha. It's how digital goods work. You're not buying a box that can be shipped back; you're buying a license to use software that's already on your machine the moment you download it.

If Something Is Actually Broken

I'm not here to take your money and disappear. If the software doesn't work as described, if there's a legitimate technical issue preventing you from using what you paid for, reach out. I will fix it, replace it, or make it right. That's not a refund policy; that's just how I operate.

Before You Buy

Take a look at the website, product description, screenshots, documentation, and feature list before purchasing. All of that information is available upfront so you can make an informed decision. If you have questions about whether a product fits your needs, contact me before you buy. I'd rather answer questions than deal with misunderstandings.

A Note on Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact me first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without reaching out is not a substitute for communication. Chargebacks on delivered digital goods are treated as fraud, and I will provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, and proof of these terms to dispute them.

I'm reasonable. If something went wrong, I want to know about it. But I need the chance to fix it before your bank gets involved.
